My approach

The therapy is aimed at providing insight, understanding and control in daily life. Together we will look at the situations in your daily life that you have difficulty with. Your response to these situations often originated in your past. By looking at this, you become aware of your own patterns, beliefs, blockages and the cause of this. This awareness process provides more insight and understanding into yourself and what you needed at the time. You learn to take care of yourself when these aspects are affected in your daily life. This self-support gives you more choice in how you want to deal with situations that you find difficult.

What we will do

We will further explore the situations that you have difficulty with. We will do exercises in which you experience what happens to you and we look at what you need to get back to yourself. You learn to better understand what happens to yourself in difficult situations. This understanding ensures more acceptance of yourself, which creates room for change. In this way you learn when you have difficulty with something, to look at what you need and how you can offer yourself this support.

Online therapy

All forms of therapy are now also available online by means of video calling. Practice back to yourself, follow all instructions from RIVM with regard to hygiene measures and rules of conduct to prevent contamination in practice.
Therapy can therefore still take place, both physically and remotely.

Rates

Treatment rates:

  • Intake:                   € 70,00  (75 - 90 min)

  • Individual sessions:   € 90,00 per session (60 min)

  • Relationship Therapy € 120,00 per session (75 min)

Compensation scheme

I am a CAT registered level-3 therapist. If you have additional health insurance, the costs are partially reimbursed by many health insurers.

Because the therapy is included in the supplementary insurance, you do not have to pay a deductible.

Who am I?

From an early age I wanted to help people. In recent years I have worked in youth health care, where I was continuously caring for others. This touched a lot with myself and I did not know how I could take care of what I needed myself.

 

One of my qualities was to go on and on and try to keep everything under control, so as not to feel my own pain and impotence. In addition, I tried to suppress the parts of myself that I didn't like.

 

I came to a standstill due to a burnout. I started looking at my behavioral patterns and what I wanted and needed. Essential therapy came my way. The training and therapy have ensured that I can now look at myself with love and understanding. I have also become aware of my qualities so that I can use them more consciously. In addition, I have also gained more insight into my pitfalls and I have been given tools in how I can support myself in this.

 

I think a safe, loving, supportive environment is very important as a basis to get started with yourself. I try to create this by receiving my clients openly and lovingly. By approaching you with understanding, acceptance and trust, I invite you to do this step by step for yourself.

When you look at yourself with love, understanding and acceptance, there is room to change.
